We’ll consider returns or exchanges on all orders over $150.00 within 5 days of receipt. Select items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Here’s the process: 1. Explain the reason for your return by contacting Customer Services at (888) 892-4588 or at tdonline@techno-derm.com. 2. All return items must be UNOPENED. 3. Customer Services will create a valid RA # and make arrangements for your return. 4. You must enclose the RA# and ship the merchandise back within 15 days.* Voila! You’re done. *Note: We are unable to refund shipping charges. We recommend you use UPS or US Priority to ensure fast delivery. .
